Shluchos from around the world are in the midst of a two day preschool directors retreat hosted by Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office in Boca Raton, Florida. The program kicked off on Tuesday morning with a beautiful breakfast followed by a workshop on strength based leadership with Mrs. Chanale Gourarie and cutting edge early childhood framework with Mrs. Yehudis Smith. After lunch, the Shluchos enjoyed an in depth session with Coach Franny Rubio-Katz, delving into the practical skills in being a successful leader. To conclude the impactful day, the Shluchos were treated to a stunning, intimate dinner followed by a drum circle and inspiring Farbrengen with Mrs. Dinie Greenberg, Shlucha to Shanghai, China.
