This Purim, over two thousand young Shluchim and Shluchos sent and received their very own Mishloach Manos through the Mishloach Manos Mania program of the Shluchim Office.
Mishloach Manos Mania connected and partnered up Young Shluchim/Shluchos with their peers to send a Mishloach Manos package and to receive one in return. The packages were sent out around the world, giving so many children a special Purim experience.
“It was so much fun to choose everything and make the package and get one also,” shared Shternie Goldman from Gainesville, Florida. “I can’t wait to do this again next year!”
A brand new website was created for this year filled with games, activities and entertainment for Young Shluchim and Shluchos, including an opportunity to enter into a costume contest. Hundreds of children entered with pictures of their creative costumes and Bella Feldman from London, England was chosen as the winner.
“I checked the mail every day waiting for the Shalach Manos to arrive and was so excited when it finally came,” said Shaina Zirkind from Baltimore, Maryland. “It was so exciting to get a Shalach Manos from another girl on Shlichus!”
Mishloach Manos Mania is a project of CYH (Chinuch Yaldei Hashluchim), a department of the Shluchim Office.
