Shluchos Recharged At Chabad Early Childhood Retreat
Shluchos from around the world returned home inspired and rejuvenated after the incredible Chabad Early Childhood recharge retreat of the Shluchim Office.
For two packed days, Shluchos who direct preschools joined together in Boca Raton, Florida to connect, recharge and gain practical tools and skills from empowering speakers and educators.
“The two days were an inspiration, a motivation, and a vacation,” wrote Mrs. Aida Shusterman, Shlucha to Beverly Hills, CA. “I have learned from the wonderful presenters and incredible fellow Shluchos! I will carry all I have gained as I head back. I am so, so looking forward to any future events! Thank you to the amazing organizers!”
The program highlighted workshops on education and leadership as well as self care sessions and inspiring Farbrengens. Over the program, the Shluchos got to delve deep and connect on important topics related to managing a preschool and navigating the role of a director.
“Thank you for an incredible two days,” shared Mrs. Devorah Deitsch, Shlucha to Ambler, PA. “The intention, attention to detail and hard work was evident throughout. I’m so inspired by the presenters and as much by each of the Shluchos that were there. I’ve really gained so much and am already looking forward to the next one.”
“Hosting this retreat was a true honor as it is my passion to support the Rebbe's Shluchim,” said Mrs. Rivky Baitelman, director of Chabad Early Childhood. "We are proud to have created this opportunity for directors to connect, recharge, and gain valuable tools to implement into their programs!”
Special thanks to the CEC team directed by Mrs. Rivky Baitelman with administrator Mrs. Rivky Friedman, led by co-director of the Shluchim Office Mrs. Bassie Shemtov.
