Tomorrow, Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office will be hosting their annual Masterclass for preschool leaders, featuring three dynamic and highly-sought speakers. Chabad Early Childhood is the international network supporting Chabad preschools on Shlichus with curriculum resources, teacher training, and more. Tomorrow, they will be hosting their annual leadership masterclass featuring skills development in marketing, recruitment, financial stability and leadership skills. “Last year’s Masterclass was exceptionally practical and informative,” said Mrs. Raizy Metzger, Shlucha in New York City, New York. “It provided actionable systems and a wealth of information that is so relevant to our work on Shlichus. In addition to budgeting systems and how to use them, I gained a great perspective on leadership and delegating that will help me in all areas of running a Chabad House.” Mrs. Sindye Alexander, early-childhood specialist, marketing coach and author will be covering how to generate leads and enrollments through intentional community events. Mrs. Chana Greene will discuss creating a buzz and standing out from your competition with effective marketing strategies. Mrs. Kathe Petchel, Hinge advisor and founder of Bright Beginnings Preschool, will give over the best practices in financial stability and her top financial practices that have kept her preschool safe over the years. Both Rabbi Yossi Groner and Rabbi Yitzchok Wolf will explore the ideas of leadership and Chinuch. This program will take place tomorrow, Tes Tammuz / June 28.
