7 “Don’t Miss” Kinus Events

Attention Shluchos: 7 worthwhile events and services brought to you by the Shluchim Office to make the most of your Kinus weekend.


The Shluchim Office is welcoming all the Shluchos coming to the Kinus Hashluchos. If you’re in town, below are some of the events and services offered by the Shluchim Office that will help you during your stay.


1. Annual Shluchos Farbrengen - New Location: JCM!


Join us Thursday night, 18th of Shevat (February 13th) at 8 PM, after the Kinus Hashluchos events conclude for 3 simultaneous Farbrengens, with incredible and inspirational speakers and topics! Elaborate desserts including freshly made doughnuts and treats from the Boozery will be served. A raffle will be held featuring vouchers to Tzfasman Jewelers, Kettle & Cord and Totally Her, among other great prizes.


Due to popular demand, Farbrengen will be held at the JCM (bottom floor), 792 Eastern Pkwy.


2. CECE Network Conference


“Infants & Toddlers as Eager Learners: Creating Engaging Programs for The Younger Children” Session with Mrs. Chanie Feldman!


On Sunday, the 21st of Shevat (February 16th), beginning at 9:30AM at the Shluchim Office, an event from our Preschool Network. Free for CECE members, $30 for non-members.

3. The Shlichus Market Showroom – The One Stop Shop for your Chabad Center

Come visit the Shlichus Market Showroom and get a hands on experience with our featured selection of the many products we offer. From your Hebrew School and preschool basics to the hundreds of new and diverse year-round items. The Shlichus Market offers everything you need for your Chabad Center at the lowest prices possible.


The Shlichus Market showroom will be open throughout the Kinus weekend at the Shluchim Office, 816 Eastern Pkwy.


NEED PURIM SUPPLIES?

All orders placed before Thursday, will be ready for pick up on Sunday afternoon. Must have Shluchos Badge to receive discounts. Order online at ShlichusMarket.com.


4. Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchos


The Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchos offers Young Shluchos a 4-day weekend experience of inspiration and friendship. The fun begins with the optional Thursday program on the 18th of Shevat (February 13th) and continues as the girls join the main Kinus program on Friday morning for three packed days of hiskashrus and pride in their shlichus. The kids Kinus concludes with their very own grand banquet on Sunday night. For more information, visit YoungShluchim.org.


5. Annual Reunion for the Nigri International Shluchim Online School



The annual Day Of Celebration 5780 for the Girls Division will be held on Wednesday, the 17th of Shevat (February 12th).


The program will be located at Lubavitch Yeshiva and will include a joint celebratory banquet with faculty, parents and students, and exciting activities with classmates and friends.


6. Annual Reunion for the Bet Sefer Net (Hebrew Division)


The Hebrew Division’s annual reunion banquet will also take place Thursday 18th of Shevat (February 13th).


Located at the Shluchim Office, students and teachers will meet, some for the first time, and enjoy an evening of inspiration together.


7. Sunday Farbrengen


Don’t forget: join us on Sunday night, the 21st of Shevat (February 16th) after the Kinus Hashluchos banquet for a second Farbrengen at The Shluchim Office, Hebrew Farbrengen will be on the 4th floor.

Shluchim Lounge


Get away from the hustle and bustle to work in our relaxing lounge, located on the second floor of the Shluchim Office.


The Shluchim Lounge is ready and waiting with workspaces complete with computers, phones and Wi-Fi Internet access.


SIM Cards


Stop by reception at The Shluchim Office to purchase a SIM card that can be placed in any unlocked GSM cell phone and used throughout the Kinus.


Conference/Meeting Facility


The Shluchim Office’s spacious on-site conference/meeting room will be available by registration only.
